This record gathers five concerts written by Giuseppe Tartini (1692-1779), Italian composer and violinist who wrote more than 400 instrumental works in his long life and, fundamentally,

sonatas for violin among them. The works gathered here were not probably written completely for flute and they are mainly adaptations for this instrument. Soloists from the Ensemble

Respighi' y Massimo Mercelli are the performers in this recording that was released in March 2, 2004.
